OUR STORY

Inspired by their mother’s recipes, sisters, Bebe Lach (Chef-Owner) and Thip Tran (Owner), uses local and seasonal ingredients to create a unique twist and modernizing our traditional Lao and Thai cuisine. Re-creating bold full flavored dishes with spice, funk, earthy-bitterness that is the essence of Lao and Thai food. A casual but modern restaurant focused on the kind of food they loved eating growing up.
